Designed by iDraft architects, Sitecorp was asked to manage the construction of the five storey residential apartment building including basement.

The property is located within 25 metres of the suburban Sydney train line therefore in order to facilitate the build, Sitecorp needed to engage Sydney trains for construction approval. This includes the submission of all architectural plans, structural design, risk assessments and surveying of the Sydney trains assets.
