Designed by iDraft Architects, we were  asked to manage the construction of a 22 room boarding house.

With a Caltex Line running through the property the construction required piling, excavating and construction close to the high pressure pipeline. Along with our architects, we undertook a Safety Management course which specifically went through all the restrictions imposed on the design and construction around the pipeline. This course resulted in a Safety Management Study report specifically for the project.

The design and construction of the boarding house was functional in design and utilised the space effectively, meeting the needs of the client.
