Nestle is now the world’s largest food and beverage company producing over 2.000 brands.  Their Smithtown warehouse boats over 42,000 sqm and needed a replacement roof. The size and scale of the warehouse created some challenges with getting roofing materials to sections of the building. This was coupled with the need to minimise costly business interruption and prevent product contamination.

We split the job into manageable blocks undertaken over the weekend. Adherence to strict hygiene standards was critical so the stock was appropriately covered, work was performed and covers removed before recommencement each Monday morning. Aviation (helicopter) lifts were used to get materials to difficult section of the job.

The project was completed in just five weeks which was one month ahead of schedule.
